Empowering Birth Support

About Me

My calling to birth work began the night I gave birth to my own child — under a luminous full moon.
Surrounded by my birth team, including my incredible doula and the amazing midwives at Well in the Desert Midwifery, I experienced a powerful, supported home birth that changed me forever. It was grounding, empowering, and transformative in ways I could never have imagined.
I felt safe. I felt loved. I felt strong.
That experience lit something in me.
For years, I had poured my heart into teaching children of all ages and immersing myself in the world of childhood development. I have always been passionate about understanding how humans grow, attach, and thrive.
Although I had built a meaningful career in education, I realized my heart was being called toward birth work. Supporting families during this sacred threshold feels like a natural extension of who I already am.
My background in education allows me to guide families with clarity and depth. I translate research into accessible knowledge. I provide evidence-based information without pressure or agenda. I help you trust yourself.
Birth is not something to be managed.
It is something to be honored and protected.
It is my greatest privilege to hold space for that unfolding.
